The Challenge
In the realm of home diagnostics, creating a product that is both user-friendly and highly
functional presents a unique set of challenges. Our mission was to design a mobile diagnostic
kit that could seamlessly integrate into everyday life, allowing medical representatives to
conduct a variety of crucial health tests, such as blood, urine, and feces, with ease and
confidence. This involved tackling both psychological and technical aspects to ensure that the
product would be perceived as professional, reliable, and easy to use.

ERGONOMIC DESIGN
A key component of the design is a central tray that allows for one test to be conducted at a
time. This focused approach minimizes stress and simplifies the process for both the user and
the medical representative, creating a calm and controlled testing experience.
