Drive shipping is a method of uploading or downloading data to, or from, the cloud, and is the ideal option when transferring data over a network connection is prohibitive due to slow network bandwidth, time sensitivity, or other inefficiencies.

THE CHALLENGE
Develop a mobile system that is simple to use for customers who want to transfer mass digital information. Mobility of the system using couriers should be without additional external packaging. The system should be convenient for portability and easy to operate by end users.

DEVELOPMENT PROCESS
during the development process, the customer requirements were integrated into the design. The process included dozens of models, computer sketches and analysis.

DESIGN PROCESS
In the design process we looked for a unique design that differentiates the product from the competitors while creating a new and iconic design language.

ENGINEERING
We chose to use exotic materials that are resistant to a particularly strong impact. At this stage we conducted a large number of computerized analyzes to test the strength and resistance to drop.

THE FINAL PRODUCT
The outcome is high quality, reliability and professional product and is used by Microsoft’s cloud users.
